ENRG Consulting, Inc. (the “Author”) is currently preparing materials for a book it plans to publish. As part of that process, the Author is collecting interviews and life stories from certain people. If you have agreed to provide your story to the Author, you should be aware of the following:

Perpetual License. By providing your story, you are giving the Author a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display your story, including your name. You understand that the Author may or may not use your story and, if the story is used, the Author may edit the details to fit its needs. You understand and agree that the Author may publish your story in written form, online, in marketing and advertising materials and in other ways, at the Author’s sole discretion. You understand that you will not be paid for the use of your story or your name. You also are assigning all rights to the Author to obtain copyright, or other intellectual property rights protection, on the finished story, book, e-book, etc.

Limitation of Liability. You understand that in no event shall the Author be liable to you for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, lost profits, or other costs incurred by you due to the Author’s use and publication of your story.
